I am a compassionate, licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. As a busy mom of two, I understand the emotional complexities of parenting, relationships, and personal growth on a deeply personal level. I’m passionate about supporting others—especially mothers—through life’s transitions and challenges with empathy, insight, and care.
Taking an eclectic and collaborative approach to counseling, I strive to help you identify the strengths already within you, explore emotional blocks, and make meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY Hunter College. Most of my professional work has been in private practice, but I also have experience in school settings and in vocational and substance abuse programs.
I grew up in Jackson Heights, Queens—one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the world—and since 2014 have loved living on Long Island and exploring all it has to offer. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, binge-watching shows, cooking, and spending time with my family and loved ones.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
